- What kind of boat do we use? We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
- When the weather conditions are not favorable, is a refund made? Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
- Does the weather affect the tours? As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule, and/or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us).
