  • Find that perfect gift, experience or monetary amount among our vast selection here on the WorldGift website, add it to your basket and checkout when you are ready.
  • Once your payment has cleared, you will see an order process confirmation pop up on the screen and shortly afterwards, an email confirmation with the e-voucher number will be sent to your selected email address too. Please note that during peak periods, emails can take anything up to 12 hours to arrive so if you are purchasing a gift or experience for use sooner, contact us to ensure your order is processed in time.
  • Whether you treated yourself to your own experience to enjoy or you purchased a gift for your beneficiary, all that is left to be done is to activate the voucher online and either buy the gift or book the experience by choosing the preferred location and date and wait for the big day!   • Don't forget, for some gifts and experiences, there will be a need to check weather operation conditions with the company before you leave home so please be sure to remember to do so if this is asked of you at the time of booking.

  • If you are ordering a gift that needs to be sent via courier such as a hamper, bouquet of flowers, beauty products etc you will receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase has cleared. 
  • You will be asked to select your preferred method of delivery, each of which will carry different costs and delivery time frames. The full details of your order and delivery preference will then be sent to our suppliers to get your gift ready for shipping. Please note, it can take longer for personalised gifts to be ready for dispatch so please be sure to read the information from the supplier regarding the details of their own turnaround times before ordering.
  • When the supplier notifies us that the order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification along with any tracking details supplied where applicable.

  • E-Voucher: Free - you can print the e-voucher at home or keep it on your portable device to show when you register at your chosen experience.
  • First Class Delivery: From £1.99 - typical first-class deliveries arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
  • Second Class Delivery: From £4.20 - typical second-class deliveries arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
  • Next Day Delivery: From £XXXX - typically, orders need to be received by 3pm in order for delivery the next day OR if ordered after 3pm, the item(s) may be delivered within 2 working days and signatures are often required to confirm delivery. Please note, personalised gifts may have an alternative turnaround time so please note the additional information on the suppliers WorldGift page.
  • Same Day Delivery: From £XXXX - typically, orders need to be received by 12noon for same-day delivery OR if ordered after 12noon, the item(s) may be delivered the next working day and signatures are often required to confirm delivery. Please note, personalised gifts may have an alternative turnaround time so please note the additional information on the suppliers WorldGift page.
  • Tracked Delivery: From £5.40 - typical tracked deliveries arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
  • Selected Delivery Date: From £7.00 - typically, orders need to be received by 12noon for specified dates OR if ordered after 12noon, please contact us to check if your order can be processed on time. Please note, signatures are often required to confirm delivery and personalised gifts may have an alternative turnaround time so do note additional information on the suppliers WorldGift page. For this kind of delivery option, expect to be charged extra for a Weekend or Bank Holiday delivery. 
VOUCHER TYPES AND VALIDATION PERIODS... 
  • Experience Vouchers - valid for up to XXXX years after purchase. Once you or your beneficiary has booked a date, the validation period will change depending on the supplier so please ensure you check this and contact us if you have any problems with this new validation period. Experience Vouchers can be sent via email for instant delivery or sent to you or your beneficiary via post in one of our exclusive WorldGift voucher envelopes.
  • Gift Vouchers for a specific product - valid for up to XXXX years after purchase and can be exchanged for another product of equal value on our website. If you would prefer to exchange for a gift of less value, WorldGift will supply you with a credit for your account. If the new gift selected is of a greater value, you will need to "top-up" by paying the extra.
  • Gift Vouchers for a specific monetary amount - valid for up to XXXX years after purchase and can be put towards any gift or experience on our WorldGift website. You can use this type of voucher along with any other WorldGift gift voucher, card, e-card or cash payment methods such as a credit/debit card, PayPal, TBC and TBC. The monetary amount is only able to be used on our WorldGift website so we are unable to send you or your beneficiary the equivalent in cash for the value of the Gift Voucher. These Gift Vouchers can be sent via email for instant delivery or sent to you or your beneficiary via post in one of our exclusive WorldGift voucher envelopes.
  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards - valid for up to XXXX years after registration so please refer to the individual T&Cs on the back of the card or in the small print of the email.
