To recover your energy for the return journey, you will stop at an old sheepfold where you will taste zero-kilometre products such as cold meats and cheeses and excellent Cannonau wine from local producers, guaranteeing a short and traceable supply chain.

ITINERARY
The route begins at Ghenna 'e Ruge, along the SS 125 in what could be described as the southern gateway to Supramonte.
After crossing the limestone plateau of Campu Oddeu, the largest in Sardinia, and several canyons, along the scenic dirt road and important forests, we will arrive at Urthaddala, where a thousand-year-old Yew Tree proclaimed a natural monument awaits us, and only a few metres away, an immersion in the archaeological history of Sardinia in the presence of a remarkable Tomb of Giants.
Here you will leave your bikes for a short, but intense, trail to Sa Giuntura and the upstream entrance to the Gorropu canyon, until you reach the karstic lake of Pischina Urthaddala.
Before returning, there will be an aperitif near an old juniper sheepfold, where until a few decades ago the shepherd lived with his flock of goats, and it will also be an opportunity to learn about many aspects of the present and the past that have characterised this area, tasting excellent and sought-after cheeses, cold cuts and Cannonau wine.
