Location
The second stop will be to discover the nuraghe of Barumini, the most important archaeological site of the island, built around 1400 B.C. and the only UNESCO site in Sardinia. Before returning to Cagliari, you will visit the Archaeological Museum of Casa Zapata, the ancient residence of the noble family who ruled the country in the Spanish period, where today are preserved the findings of the archaeological site.

ITINERARY
- Departure from Cagliari and transfer by minivan of about one hour for about 64 km
- Giara di Gesturi: visit of about an hour of the basaltic plateau that extends for about 45 square meters, between a forest of cork and Mediterranean scrub
- Nuraghe Barumini and UNESCO site: walk of two hours in the largest nuragic village found and visit the imposing towers of the nuraghe, a megalithic structure with 5 towers, built 1400 years B.C. C.
- Casa Zapata Archaeological Museum: Guided Tour of the Archaeological Museum located in the former home of the Zapata family
- Return to Cagliari and transfer of about one hour for about 64 km
