I have placed an order for an activity gift and I cannot find the confirmation email, please help!
Do not worry, your order was purchased directly from the WorldGift website so rest assured, we will be able to track it down and resend you the details again in good time for you to enjoy it! Firstly, it would be great if you could check your junk/spam and even your deleted items just in case (privacy settings sometimes mean the confirmation emails can end up in any one of those places by accident).
If you still can't find the confirmation email after checking your folders, please contact us here and have the following details ready:
- Your full name
- Any information you can recall about the gift/experience you want to trace
- The email address used to complete the purchase
- The approximate date (even if it is the month and year) of the purchase
- Proof of payment (screengrab of your purchase registering on your banking app, etc)
In all cases, we recommend adding WorldGift to your contacts/trusted senders list so this should hopefully be avoided in the future.
